Notes: A semi-dwarf with a more spreading than upright growth habit. Blooms 4-5 times throughout the year with beautiful double red flowers. A popluar choice used under ornamental trees or as mass plantings. Red Ruffles requires a well drained soil in an area with good air circulation. Incorporate landscape soil and peat in the planting hole. Fertilize after heavy spring bloom with slow release acid fertilizer, and apply lighter applications summer and fall.
