Notes: Sedum is a moderate growing groundcover that fills in an area with lovely lemon colored flowers, which appear throughout the warm season. Recovers quickly from any frost damage and performs well in seaside locations. Hardy and durable groundcover. Best used as accent or border plant; lovely plant for rock gardens. There are several different varieties with in the Sedum family with a wide range of leaf shape & color, but all prefer well drained soil. Will develop root rot in consistently moist soil. Avoid over watering by letting the soil dry thoroughly between watering. Drought tolerant once established.
