Notes: Japanese honeysuckle is a fast growing twining and trailing woody vine. Once established, it is very drought tolerant but water well at the start. Trimming back once a year will help keep the vine full and lush. Japanese honeysuckle blooms throughout the entire growing season. The flowers start out white, sometimes tinged with purple, and age to yellow in their second day. They are extremely fragrant.
