Notes: Sprays of bright red tubular flowers cascade down to resemble an exploding firecracker! A great plant to use in sunny locations that tend to be hot and dry. Established plants are drought tolerant, and Firecracker will tolerate moderate salt spray for beach side landscapes. Hummingbirds and butterflies love this plant! Use in the garden as an accent, mass plantings, cascading over walls, or in containers. An easy plant to grow. Fertilize 2-3 times spring through fall with slow release bloomer.
