Notes: There are a couple of varieties of kumquat that do well in this area. Centennial, nagami, and meiwa are a some. Kumquat fruit is quite small- a little bigger than a cherry and often people will eat them peel and all. The kumquat also blooms in late winter or early spring and will produce the fruit from December to March.
