Pittosporum ‘Green’

Pittosporum, Green

Height: 6′ – 15′
Spread: 10′ – 15′
Zone: 8 – 11
Salt: Good

Light: Full Sun / Partial Shade
Deer: Yes
Flower: White in the spring

Notes: Green Pittosporum can become quite large with age and with selective pruning can be formed into a nice ornamental tree. Additional pruning is needed for hedges to keep dense and full. Planted back from the front line dunes Green Pittosporum has very good salt tolerance. Will not tolerate wet areas, prefers full sun but will tolerate partial shade.
