Notes: An excellent palm for the Florida landscape with it’s stout trunk and curved blue-green fronds. Sometimes referred to as the ‘Jelly Palm’ for its edible orange date-like fruit. Grows best in full sun, tolerates some salt and extremely cold hardy. Tolerant of varying soils. Fertilize spring, summer and fall with Nurserymen’s Sure Gro 8-4-12 Palm fertilizer.
