I actually have a question on pruning Pampas Grass. We live in Palm Coast, and I'm assuming we should wait a bit before cutting anything back - still too much of a chance of cold weather. However, when we finally DO have some constant warmth, should we cut our pampas grass to the ground, say 12" up from ground, or just try and sort thru and cut dead blades?
