Notes: Japanese boxwood is one of Florida’s best evergreen dwarf shrubs. Use as a border along walks, as foundation plantings under low windows, Japanese gardens, or layered in front of larger shrubs. Plant in well drained soil and apply slow release acid fertilizer 2-3 times per year during the growing season.
